The off button is in the upward position, and all of this is inside a zippered compartment that’s well sewn.

This is a great little toy, and the price was right too. I just wish my cat liked it as much as I do. I charged it, put it on the floor, and my cat immediately went to inspect it. She activated the tail after about a minute, but after the 20-second flopping cycle, she walked away. Apparently, she wasn’t impressed. Oh well, it’s a cat, what can you expect?

I took a chance on the electric floppy fish cat toy. She stared at it at first, then pounced on it and wouldn’t let go. She carries it around and won’t let our other cat have it. I’m glad she finally found a toy she really likes and keeps her busy.

The battery lasts a long time too; it can go days without charging. Our Shiba loves it so much he’ll try to take it off the charger if we don’t put it high enough out of reach. 10/10 recommend!

I bought the 2-pack so my cats could have a choice between a gray carp/trout(?) and a brightly colored orange clownfish. They’re cute and the outer covering is soft. I charged them with the included USB cords (one for each fish, but no plugs), turned them on, and they work as described – but they only flop around for about 15 seconds before stopping. A light tap starts them up again for another 15 seconds. I don’t think the sound is too loud, as some have said. The only issue is that neither of my cats is impressed. They love the swimming fish games on my iPad, so I thought these would be a hit. Their interest lasted about 5 minutes the first time, about 3 months ago. I even tried rubbing potent catnip on them, but no luck. My cats prefer fetch with pompoms and woolen balls, and chasing feathers on interactive wand toys.
